Cape Point Partnership believes that the community plays a vital role in the ongoing growth and development of the region. We primarily employ people from the local community in order to ease the transport burden on our employees, and help to uplift surrounding communities. We have also implemented several initiatives that offer ongoing support, as well as improved access, to Cape Point.

Hokisa-Feat

Children of Hope Educare crèche

As part of Cape Point Partnership’s outreach programme, we donate groceries on a monthly basis to the Children of Hope Educare crèche in nearby Red Hill informal settlement. Many staff members’ children attend this facility, and they deliver and interact with all the children at the crèche on a regular basis.

Charity Christmas Party

Cape Point Partnership hosts an annual Christmas party for HOKISA and Children of Hope Educare crèche each December. This event has turned into a regular fixture on our calendars and is a fantastic way for us to treat these young children to a day of gifts and entertainment. The venue for the Christmas party changes from time to time, but it usually involves a day enjoying Cape Point. HG Travelling also provides transport at no cost for the kids to make sure they get to and from the party in comfort.
